1 - Extract the "3DCustomGirlComplete.rar" into desired directory, after extracting open 3DCustomGirlComplete and open the folder called 3DCG.

2 - Extract the "TDCG_V100" to the 3DCG folder.

3 - Run the "Setup.exe" not the "Setup.msi".

The installer is in Japanese but just in case you are unsure of what buttons do what just follow the next steps or else jump tp step 4.

	A. Press the far right button that has the (N) > on it.
	B. Choose what folder you want by pressing the button with the (R)... on it.
	C. After you picked the folder press the ok button.
	D. Press the far right button that has the (N) > on it.
	E. Press the far right button that has the (N) > on it.
	F. Wait for the installer to install.
	G. Finally press the far right button that has the (C) on it.

4 - Open the directory that you just installed 3D Custom Girl into. Go back to 3DCustomGirl and extract the "3D Custom Girl Uncensored".Open the folder "3DCG Uncensored". Open the "3DCG" folder. 

5 - Copy "ObsDX9" and paste it into the installed directory (yes overwrite the old one) that you created in step 4. 

6 - Open the "arcs" folder and copy "base_xp.tah" and "omake_xp.tah" into the insalled directory of step 4.

7 - Go back to the "3DCustomGirl" folder and extract the "3DCG_Uncensored_XPR1" folder.

8 - Copy the "ObsDX9" from the "3DCG_Uncensored_XPR1" to your installed directory you created in step 4 (Yes over write it). 

9 - Go back to the "3DCG_Uncensored_XPR1", open the "arcs" folder. Copy "base_xpr1.tah" into the arcs folder in the installed directory in step 4.

10. Do steps 7 - 9 with "3DCG_Uncensored_XPR2" and "3DCG_Uncensored_XPR3".
 
11 - Double Click "ObsDX9" to start the game. 

If you need help in game look at the file "HelpScreenTranslated.jpg" picture.

I don't find the setup.exe and the TDCG_V100.rar is not there either.

Anyone else has this problem or does it work for you?

I was mistaken. Extract the TDCG_V100.ISO. and it should and the TDCG_V100.ISO is in the 3DCustomGirlComplete.rar and inside of another folder called 3DCG

salman_linkin, make sure that you copy the files in the arcs in the 3DCG_Uncensored_XPR1, 3DCG_Uncensored_XPR2, and 3DCG_Uncensored_XPR3 folders. The crashing has happened to me because I forgot to copy those files.
and enolive, what do you mean they don't work? Like they are messed up, or do they not seriously do anything?

I use Windows Vista and I had no trouble with this. as long as you can read follow exactly what it says, for those who can't get it to work are most likely skipping steps, don't even though it may seem dumb.

Mac happy, all you need to do is use a virtual machine to install, then make sure you have a wrapper for it like CXZ, and try it (note, there are many flavors of this wrapper, one may work better than another, I recommend installing them all trying each one to see which one does better. If this game doesn't work in CXZ, it probably wont work natively).

wth is up with the complainers? it's really not that hard to follow a few simple steps that are well described here.

everyone that is unable to install a game this way (given it's detailed step by step which it is in this case) should consider stop using a computer and go play with videogame consoles like wii, xbox or playstation or whatnot.

I'm running into a little problem. I've followed the instructions, and I'm trying to install the program, but whenever I try to install, it goes through the process, and then stops and brings up a message with something about /arcs/base.tah. There are two buttons-- one ends with (T) and the other is entirely Japanese text. If I click the (T) button it just pops up the same message again. If I press the button that's completely Japanese text, it brings up another window with a button that ends in (Y) and another that ends in (N). If I click (N), it brings my back to the previous message, and if I click (Y) it looks like it uninstalls the program and only has a button to close it.
This happens with both of the Setup files.
Am I doing something wrong? If so, what am I doing wrong?

You have to follow the directions exactly, but I eventually got it working. Overall it was pretty good.

Maybe one could pack up the overwrite files into a recursive self-extractor for easy crack so it dumps them into appropriate directories. Would simplify things.

Is this game even worth the effort?

In step 2, where should I extract DCG_V100 to? The 3DCG folder in 3D Custom Girl Uncensored, or 3DCG folder in 3DCustomGirlComplete.rar, where I found DCG_V100?

Overly complicated install process. Hangs on the black startup screen with white text (XP x32), cannot continue. Waste of half an hour trying to decipher the nested mess of rar files to find out it doesn't work.
